<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance device, a maintenance system and a maintenance method, that can quickly and inexpensively update software stored in a controller into modified software. SOLUTION: The modified software are supplied to user factories 100, 400 and 500 through the Internet 300, so that it is possible to shorten a time and drastically reduce cost as compared to the conventional manner that the maintenance staff of a vender office 200 visits each user factory 100, 400 and 500 in order to update the software. Also, when the modified software is supplied, the software stored in the controller for controlling objective equipment are updated into the modified software only when permission to update the software is applied from the user.</p> |
