PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover preventing a flawing and a rusting by the contact or the like of a bicycle or the like of a pole such as an illuminating lamp and displaying a decorative effect. SOLUTION: The plastic cover fast stuck and covered on the outer circumference of the pole such as the illuminating lamp. The deterioration of the strength and performance of the cover is inhibited even when the cover is exposed to rain and wind and the sun by manufacturing the cover having the above-mentioned structure of the quality of the material having the weather resistance and strength of acryl or being the same as or higher than acryl. A fine view is imparted to the surface by providing a pattern having a grade to the surface or the colored surface in the above-mentioned structure.
