METHOD FOR EXTRUSION MOLDING OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND EXTRUSION MOLDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extrusion molding of a thermoplastic resin composition capable of enhancing the accuracy of an extruded product and increasing a production speed, and an extrusion molding apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin being a raw material is heated and melted to be extruded toward an outlet 4 in a molten state. The molten thermoplastic resin is passed through the die 5 attached to the leading end of the outlet 4 so as to be formed into a predetermined shape. The extruded work 6 having the predetermined shape is cooled and molded in a cooling water tank 7 while regulated in its dimension/shape by sizing members 8a and 8b. The work 6 of which the dimension/shape is regulated by the sizing members 8a and 8b is finely adjusted in its final shape by a molding correction fixture 10 to be subjected to correction molding. By this constitution, the accuracy of the extruded product 1 is enhanced and the production speed thereof can be increased.
