PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition capable of preparing a molded product having a good hydrophilicity, without any special treatment, and hydrophilicity of its surface is effectively retained, excellent adhesion, coating properties, printability, metal plating properties, antistatic properties, antifog properties, and an anti-stick propenty, and to provide the molded product. SOLUTION: This resin composition contains (A) a polyolefin resin and (B) a specified polymer compound such as a polyurethane (B1) or (B2), in a specific ratio. The polymer compound (B) is composed of the repeating unit (a) in a mol ratio of 0.35-0.99 and the repeating unit (b) in a mol ratio of 0.01-0.65.
