PURPOSE: A method for making a purpose-changeable dual refill tire is provided to reduce the cost for a tire by only changing a worn refill tire and to use the tire as a snow tire in winter by mounting a refill snow tire instead of the refill tire. CONSTITUTION: A recess(18) of 3-5cm of depth is formed on a tire tread of a body tire(16). A refill tire tread edge protector(20) of 7-15mm is protruded onto the side of the body tire within 10-20cm of width. A refill tire tread edge is partially protected within 10-15mm of range. A refill tire or a refill snow tire is combined to the recess of the body tire.
