PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To displaceably install a pump housing onto an engine main body without complicating delivery side piping, to reduce a power loss, to achieve the compactness and lightness of a device, and also to reduce a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A delivery port 17 is provided to be cylindrically protruded at a position diametrically apart from a rotation center of a pump pulley 12 on a pump housing 5. The delivery port 17 is rotatably engaged with the engine main body 3. The pump housing 5 can thus be oscillated around the delivery port 17. The pump housing 5 is fixed to the engine main body 3 by tightening a bolt inserted to a slit 21 after oscillation-adjusting the pump housing 5. As a result, tension of a belt 13 engaged with a crank pulley 2 and the pump pulley 12 is adjusted.
