PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stuff-containing food obtained by processing chicken wing meat. SOLUTION: The method for producing the stuff-containing food obtained by processing chicken wing meat comprises cutting down the joint part of the wing of chicken wing meat 1, pulling a pair of bones out to form the resultant product in a cylindrical shape and filling in the cylinder 1a each kind of ingredients 2 followed by steaming up or/and roasting, or skewering 3 a plurality of cylinders 1a each filled with the ingredients 2 followed by steaming up or/and roasting, or skewering 3 a plurality of cylinders 1a each filled with the ingredients 2 followed by steaming up or/and roasting and then freezing the resultant product. The stuffing-containing food obtained by processing chicken wing meat is obtained by these methods. |
