FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology, homeopathy, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal agent based on antibodies and comprising activated form of monoclonal, polyclonal or natural antibodies raised to histamine and taken in small or supersmall doses and prepared by multiple successive dilution and by external effect being mainly by homeopathic technology using mixture of different mainly hundredth homeopathic dilutions. Invention relates also to method of treatment of erosive and inflammatory diseases of gastroenteric tract by modifying effect on metabolism of histamine and effects of histamine mediated by histamine receptors. Method involves the use of activated forms of supersmall doses of antibodies raised to histamine prepared by multiple successive dilution and by external effect. Invention provides the development of effective preparation for treatment of erosive and inflammatory disease of gastroenteric tract and no inducing any adverse effects.
