PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact dehumidifying air conditioning system capable of being operated all seasons without installing a heater, a humidifier and the like and capable of precisely controlling temperature and humidity of treatment object air to be supplied to a room. SOLUTION: A rotor is arranged to pass through a treatment object air side and a regenerated air side alternately while continuing rotation to adsorb moisture contained in object air in the object air side and desorb the moisture in the regenerated air side by thermal energy regenerated air passing through the regenerated air side. A cooling means cools the treated air passing through the rotor. A heating means provides the regenerated air with appropriate thermal energy. The dehumidifying air conditioner comprises the rotor, the cooling means and the heating means. The air conditioning system is further provided with a temperature detecting means and a humidity detecting means provided in a treated air side outlet for detecting the temperature and the humidity of the treated air passing through the treated air side outlet and a control means for continuously controlling the rotational speed of the rotor in such a manner as to make detected values from the temperature detecting means and the humidity detecting means approximately equal with a set temperature and a set humidity set at the time of operating the air conditioning system.
