PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing mechanism of a semiconductor laser and an optical head device having high heat radiating efficiency and high positional stability against change with age and temperature change. SOLUTION: This mechanism is constituted of a base 4 provided with an opening part, a movable holder 3 fixing a semiconductor laser 2 to fit it to the opening part of the base and also sliding, and a heat conductive elastic member 5 for fixing the semiconductor laser 2 and the movable holder 3 to the base 4 while keeping the posture with respect to the base 4. |
