PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the viewer's attention being unable to be attracted and information, such as advertisements unable to be remembered by the viewers, even if the information such as advertisement is displayed unilaterally on a street display device. SOLUTION: An information-editing device displays screen identifiers associated with a question information screen together with a question information screen about an advertisement on the street display device. A viewer, viewing the question information screen transmits answer information to the screen identifiers and questions to the information editing device from a portable terminal. The information editing device sums up only the answer information of a viewer who sends a valid image identifier and displays an advertisement, based on the summing up results on the street display device. |
