PURPOSE: Recycling method and apparatus of construction waste are provided to produce a high quality of regenerated aggregate through multistage processing facilities. CONSTITUTION: The recycling apparatus of construction waste comprises a closing plate(22a) formed at the upper side of an inclined bottom plate(22) of a hopper(21) disposed in an inlet port of a first sorting unit(20) of a body(10), to which a wear resistance reinforcing plate is attached; a U-shaped arc screen(22b) installed under the hopper for sorting heavy or light waste; a collector(23) for collecting aggregate sorted by the screen; a belt conveyor(25) installed between the hopper and a sorting vessel(24) for leading certain waste not sorted by the screen toward the collector; and a guide plate(26) for guiding soil and light aggregate to the sorting vessel using hot wind of an exhaust pipe(27').
