PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a baffle plate of an oil pan is provided to eliminate welding and bolt-assembling process when coupling the baffle plate with the oil pan. CONSTITUTION: An oil pan(20) is mounted at the bottom of a cylinder block(10) and stores oil, and a baffle plate(30) is formed in the oil pan to decrease a flow of oil. A groove(26) is formed around a flange(24) of the oil pan, and a projection part(32) is formed around the lower part of an edge of the baffle plate to be coupled with the groove by a concave and convex pattern. On connecting the oil pan with the baffle plate to the bottom of the cylinder block with bolts(40), the upper surface of the baffle plate is on relatively high position than the upper surface of the flange of oil pan.
