PURPOSE: An automatic opening and closing apparatus is provided to design and manufacture the automatic opening and closing apparatus conveniently by opening and closing a rotating part according to the amount of water in a container shape unit. CONSTITUTION: An automatic opening and closing device is composed of a fixing part(100) installed in the wall; a rotating part(200) combined with the fixing part, and opened and closed according to hydraulic pressure; and an assembling part opening and closing in assembling the fixing part with the rotating part. Water is collected in a container shape unit(210) of the rotating part, and moved in and out by an adjusting unit(240). The large amount of water is drained promptly by removing water from the rotating part in suddenly increasing the amount of rainwater.
