PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece holding device capable of easily corresponding to changes of a shape of a workpiece. SOLUTION: This workpiece holding device 400 is provided with a main body part 410 holding workpieces 200, 300, a base member 420 provided with a drive means for turning the main body part 410, and a guide part 434 for turning the main body part 410 for the base member 420 so as to convey workpieces between processes by keeping a position of a reference point P of the workpieces 200, 300 and the direction of a reference face L of the workpieces 200, 300 in fixed conditions. Moreover, since the guide part 434 is provided so as to turn like a circular arc where the center coincides with the reference point P, an interval between the guide part 434 and the reference point P can be arbitrarily set by setting a dimension of the base member 420 arbitrarily. A space in the vicinity of the workpieces 200, 300 held in the main body part 410 can be effectively utilized as a work place for machining jig for the workpieces 200, 300.
