PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of welded strain when piping, etc., is welded. SOLUTION: A traveling part 2 is fitted to the welding portion in the piping 1, and a plurality of welding heads 3 are fitted to this part in a prescribed interval. Then, the respective welding heads 3 are simultaneously shifted as the prescribed interval with a control signal from a control unit, and the generation of the welded strain is prevented by uniformly diffusing the welded heat.
