PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a metal of micro-structure in which a metal stock need not be rotated, the metal stock need not be taken out of a die, and the metal stock can be strongly worked by repeating ECAP. SOLUTION: A working die having at least three holes merged at a center part is used, two holes out of three or more holes are opened, the remaining holes are closed, and the metal stock is pressed in and pressed out utilizing the two opened holes. Further, the holes to be closed are successively changed, the metal stock is repeatedly pressed in and pressed out while one hole other than the holes with the metal stock present out of the two opened holes is changed by another hole, and the metal stock is moved between all holes.
