PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the supply quantity of water by adjusting the conductivity of water to make ice in which a solvent is decreased as much as possible. SOLUTION: The salt content (conductivity) in water containing a solvent is measured by a salt concentration meter 98. A control part 84 controls to supply adjusting water to a treating vessel 14 from an adjusting water vessel 92 based on the information from the salt concentration meter 98 to adjust the salt concentration in water to be frozen in a freezing apparatus 22. As a result, clean ice is made without incorporating a high concentration solvent in the ice at the freezing. The ice containing not much of the solvent is melted to be sent to the treating vessel 14 and brought into contact with the gas introduced to a treating tower 12 to absorb the solvent in the gas. By melting the clean ice to recycle it as water in this way, the supply quantity of fresh water to be supplied to the treating vessel 14 is reduced.
|
