<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a foot print in reversing a hand, to prevent rise of a board path line, and to easily apply a driving device to a double arm robot as well. SOLUTION: A driving device 7 of a robot hand 6 is a driving device of a robot hand capable of moving with a thin type board (glass board) 8. The driving device is provided with a vertical rotation mechanism part 100 for rotating the robot hand 6 round a horizontal axis 9 intersecting perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the hand, and a horizontal rotation mechanism part 200 for rotating the robot hand 6 round a vertical axis 51.</p> |
