PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility capability diagnosing unit for an electronic component mounting apparatus, capable of objectively determining apparatus capability, such as a production capability, a quality level or the like as the mounting apparatus. SOLUTION: The facility capability diagnosing unit for the electronic component mounting apparatus for diagnosing a facility capability of the mounting apparatus, having a mounting means for mounting an electronic component on a board, measures an operating time parameter as a parameter for calculating the required time for an operating step which constitutes mounting operation by an operation measuring means provided in the mounting apparatus, compares the operating time parameter with a parameter fixed value 8b, indicating the operating time parameter at an apparatus using starting time by a decision processing unit 31, and thereby determines the facility capability of the mounting apparatus. Thus, the equipment capability, such as production capability, the quality level or the like can be decided objectively. |
