<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid or alleviate fault (congestion) that occurs in Web communication relay devices principally involving a large scale Web communication relay device. SOLUTION: A HTTP module 41 or a caching module 42 included in Web communication relay software 31 makes a method check (S101) regarding if caching is ready or not ready, or control is disabled, and, if the caching is ready, makes a check (1) of a URI(universal resource identifier) (S103). In the step S103, if the caching is ready, URI hash retrieval (1) (S107) is performed to determine any processing of normal caching (S111), priority caching (S113) and access suppression (S115). In the step S101, if the caching is not ready, a check (2) (S105) is made of the URI, and URI hash retrieval (2) (S109) is performed to determine either processing of the access suppression (S115) or an access monitor/restriction (S117). In the step S101, if the control is disabled, a step (S119) without exercising the control is determined.</p> |
