<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a console structure for electronic equipment, in which a flexible cable will not be disconnected nor a contact failure will occur, even though display panel is subjected repeatedly to rising and lowering. SOLUTION: This console structure for electronic equipment, has a display panel 3 provided with a displaying means 5 for displaying information, etc., provided on the upper surface of a console body 1 provided with an operation key group 2 in a freely rising and lowering way, a cable extraction opening 13 for a flexible cable 12 that electrically connects the console body 1 with the display panel 3 is provided at a lower part of the display panel 3, and insertedly attaching parts 13a and 13c for insertedly fixing the flexible cable 12 are also disposed at the cable extraction opening 13. Even if the display panel 3 is repeatedly subjected to rising and lowering, the flexible cable 12 will not be disconnected, and contact failure will not occur, because the flexible cable 12 will not rub against the opening edge, etc., of the cable extraction opening 13.</p> |
