PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cool the lower region of a rice-cooker provided with a control base and a heating means by means of a fan without applying a large- sized fan. SOLUTION: In a rice-cooker 1 provided with a cooker body 3 provided with a protective frame 13 storing a rice cooking pot 2 and an inner cylinder 15, a lid body 33 fitted so as to be opened and closed on the cooker body 3 and hermetically sealing the rice cooking pot 2, a heating means (an induction heating coil 16), the control base 20 for controlling the heating means and the fan 26 for cooling the control base 20, the fan 26 is arranged so as to be approximately at right angles to the control base 20 in such a way that cooling air is sent along the control base 20 and an air flow direction changing panel 34 for changing the flow direction of the cooling air to the lower part region of the rice cooking pot 2 arranged with the heating means is provided on the downstream side in the air flow direction. |
