PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless terminal capable of limiting an originating call as well as a terminating call on a base station other than a specified base station. SOLUTION: A PHS terminal 21 connected with a telemeter 22 extracts base station discriminating information from a signal sent from a specified base station and compares it with terminal-side discrimination information stored in a self-memory. When these are the same, the PHS terminal 21 makes a demand of receive for positional registration to the base station and at the same time, the limit of originating call is released to enable the base station to make an originating call. When the positional registration is completed, the terminating call is also enabled. Even when the PHS terminal 21 is taken out and used in the other spot, the originating call limit is not released, and the originating call is made impossible, and also without the positional registration, the terminating call is made impossible. As a result, the PHS terminal 21 connected with the telemeter 22 cannot be used in the other spot and the number of thefts are deceased.
