The dispenser is designed so that a first cylinder wall (6) of a first hollow cylinder chamber (3) is telescopically connected to a second cylinder wall (7) of the second hollow cylinder chamber (5). The first chamber is closed at the bottom by a base (8) whilst a first ring piston (9) is mounted in this chamber which is open at the top. A second ring piston (10) is mounted in the second hollow cylinder chamber which is open at the bottom but closed at the top. The second chamber has a first and second delivery channel (11,12) as well as an axially disposed through flow channel (13) which is fixedly connected at one end to the first delivery channel and at the other end to the first ring piston . The second delivery channel is disposed next to the first and is connected to the second cylinder chamber . The second ring piston can slide axially along the through flow channel and is in contact with an upper end (14) of the first cylinder chamber.
