The free standing ground marker has a trapezoidal section base plate (1) supporting upright profiles (2) carrying clamps (3) to retain a picture panel (4). The upright profiles have hexagonal core extensions to support a rectangular section cross bar (6) carrying a halogen light with a matching holder. The picture panel can be supported on arms (5).
