The invention concerns a device comprising rotary cutting tools, for joint cutting and profiling of metal plates, the cutting density being preferably very high, said cutting operations being preferably integrated to an automated profiling line. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a first pair of rotary cutting tools (1, 2) producing a first plurality of rotary cut-outs (7, 7', 7'') and a second pair of rotary cutting tools (3, 4) completing and finishing off the first cut-outs with a second plurality of cut-outs or by folding (8) to obtain respectively a final cut-out with waste shedding or lancing.
