PURPOSE: Boxing game machine and method are provided to offer a chance capable of easily enjoying the unique interest of boxing and effectively practicing various actions thereof to the public, thus achieving a desired effect of exercise and getting rid of stress. CONSTITUTION: The boxing game machine comprises an elastic band(1) adapted to protect the front side of a user and enable the adjustment of a size of a protective implement(A), the protective implement having a shock detecting sensor(2), a moving device(B) for moving the user, a stage(C) formed with a moving device guide groove and passage, a camera, a monitor, an input unit, and a control unit.
