PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation detection device capable of reducing the resin thickness on the detection surface, and acquiring a wide detection gap. SOLUTION: First of all, a detection part 10 and a terminal 13 where a first resin part 12 is molded are prepared, and a lead 10a led out from the detection part 10 is joined to the terminal 13. Then, a case-shaped housing 11 forming a hollow shape having one end constituting an inlet and the other blocked end is prepared, and the detection part 10 is inserted into the housing. In this case, the inlet side of the housing 11 is combined with the first resin part 12 by a holding part 11g and a notch part 12a. A second resin part 14 is molded from a resin and the housing 11 is filled with the resin, and the outside edge of the housing 11 is covered with the second resin part 14 on the inlet side of the housing 11. |
