PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing packing paper for rolling roll protection is provided which cuts the packing paper that is covered onto the surface of a rolling roll for protection of the rolling roll and cleanly removes the cut packing paper. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing packing paper for rolling roll protection comprises a pair of fixed supports(10) which are fixed to a facility frame with spaced apart from each other in a certain distance; a packing paper adsorption part(20) comprising an adsorption port(26) which is installed at one side of the fixed supports(10) in such a manner that the adsorption port(26) is moved back and forth by means of a cylinder(28) to receive suction air; a packing paper cutting part(40) comprising a knife(52) which is mounted on one side of the fixed supports(10) in such a way that the knife(52) is placed at a position higher than the packing paper adsorption part(20), and which is connected to a screw shaft(46) that is moved back and forth by the cylinder and rotationally driven by a driving motor(48) so that the knife(52) is moved side to side; a guide bar(68) which is mounted on a rotation arm(64) in such a way that the guide bar(68) is placed at a position higher than the packing paper cutting part(40), the rotation arm(64) is rotationally installed at one side of the fixed supports(10) by means of a pin(62); and a packing paper winding part(70) comprising a winding roll(74) which is arranged at the fixed supports(10) in such a way that the winding roll(74) is placed at a position lower than the packing paper adsorption part(20) so that the winding roll(74) is rotationally driven by a driving motor.
