PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical equipment preventing bending or curving of an endoscope and easily switching the position of the endoscope. SOLUTION: A laser irradiation device 10 as the medical equipment is provided with a long-length insertion part insertable into a living body and the endoscope 401 provided freely movably along an axial direction inside the insertion part. The sliding mechanism of the endoscope is provided with a slide lever 410 connected to the insertion part freely slidably along the axial direction, a fixing screw 413 fixing the endoscope to the slide lever and a lower case 206 and a slider 411 as a limiting member limiting the moving range of the slide lever and limiting the moving range of an endoscope tip.
