PURPOSE: A radio frequency divider in a semiconductor device is provided, which removes a distortion phenomenon of an output waveform when an input frequency increases by improving a dividing capability. CONSTITUTION: The radio frequency divider comprises a 2 divider(10) performing 2 division of an input signal and a 64 divider(20) performing 64 division of the 2-divided signal. The division of the 2 divider is synchronized by referring to the division result in the above 64 divider. The 2 divider comprises the first and the second D flip flop(DFF1) receiving a clock signal(CLK) and an inverted clock signal(CLKB), and the first NAND gate(ND0) receiving an output signal of the first D flip flop and an output signal of the second D flip flop and then outputting an input signal of the first D flip flop, and the first NOR gate(NOR0) outputting an input signal of the second D flip flop by receiving the output signal of the first D flip flop and the division result in the 64 divider.
