PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster-prevention broadcast network system that registers a disaster-prevention broadcast program via a network and delivers the program to inhabitants or the like. SOLUTION: A storage section 2b of a disaster-prevention console 2 stores data associated with disaster-prevention programs. A transmission reception 2d transfers the data in the storage section 2b to a server 3 via a public network 1 and registers the data therein as a home page. A personal computer 4 of each resident's home or the like accesses the home page to listen to the disaster-prevention program. Further, the server 3 delivers registered data to the personal computer 4 or the like at each resident's home as mail. An exclusive password is provided to a personal computer 7 at a disaster-prevention responsible person's home such as a mayor and the personal computer 7 registers data associated with the disaster-prevention programs to the server 3. When receiving registration data, the server 3 distributes the registration data to the disaster-prevention console 2 and allows the storage section 2b to store the data. When the storage section 2b stores the data, the disaster- prevention console 2 uses a communication section 2f to transmit a disaster- prevention broadcast radio signal.
