FIELD: medicinal and food industry. SUBSTANCE: consortium is prepared by combination of the following nine bifidobacterium strains: B. bifidum 791, LVA-3, B. longum V379M, YA-3, B. breve 79-119, 79-88, B. infantis 73-15, 79-43, and B. adolescentis G-7513. The proposed consortium of nine bifidobacterium species multiplies actively in nutrient media and accumulates industrial biomass for short culturing period, ferments milk, forms clot with good taste and organoleptic properties and shows the specific activity. Strain consortium can be recommended as a component of ferments for preparing fermented-milk curative-dietetic foodstuffs, nonfermented foodstuffs and bacterial preparations. Consortium shows the enhanced specific activity, more rapidly adaptation in intestine and promotes normalization of intestine microflora for more early periods. Curative- -prophylactic foodstuffs obtained by using the consortium proposed show the enhanced organoleptic properties. EFFECT: expanded assortment of agents. 4 ex
