<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp mechanism which can prevent a contact fault caused by a slack between a coupling needle and a clamp of a wire cord generated by vibration and aging of an insulating coating, and can also concurrently prevent intentional removing of the wire cord. SOLUTION: A pressing plate 3 having a protrusion 13 is provide above the coupling needle A4 in a guiding hole 10. A back bottom part 11 is provided in a lower back part of the guiding hole 10. The protrusion 13 and the back bottom part 11 face each other at an angle of 180 deg.. If the pressing plate 3 is fastened by a bolt 6, the protrusion 13 strongly presses the insulating coating 23, the insulating coating 23 strongly presses a wire core 24, the wire core 24 strongly presses the coupling needle A4, the coupling needle A4 strongly presses the wire core 24, the wire core 24 strongly presses the insulating coating 23, and the insulating coating 23 strongly presses the back bottom part 11, and the wire cord 5 is surely clamped by the coupling needle A4, and the contact fault can be prevented. Concurrently, the insulation coating 23 changes into a V shape around the protrusion 13 and abuts on the pressing plate 3, and intentional removing of the wire cord 5 can be prevented.</p> |
