PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the utilization of service equipment, which requires cash, in a public facility to use a non-contact electronic medium. SOLUTION: In the public facility, with which the service equipment to be utilized by putting in cash in addition to a facility to be utilized by using a non-contact electronic medium (non-contact tag) 1, the replacing payment machine for dispensing cash from a hopper part 4 by making the non-contact tag 1 close to an antenna part 2 is installed in the facility so that cash can be borrowed as needed. An amount of dispensed cash is transmitted/stored into a host computer 8 together with the ID number of the non-contact tag 1 and settled together with the other utilization charges when leaving the facility. Since it is not necessary to carry cash in the facility, where it is difficult to carry cash, like a public bath, the utilization of coin service equipment is facilitated. |
