PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion feeder which can supply stably a large quantity of positive and negative ions generated in the space. SOLUTION: Inside of a casing 2 having a suction port 2a and an air outlet 2b, the needle-shaped third electrode 7 and the meshed fourth electrode 8 are arranged and installed. The fourth electrode 8 is arranged and installed at an ion generator 101 side. A direct current electrode 9 arranged outside of the casing 2 is connected assuming the third electrode 7 as an electrode for voltage application and the fourth electrode 8 as an electrode for grounding. In this constitution, if a negative direct voltage is applied to the third electrode 7, an ion wind is generated by an electric field generated between the third and the fourth electrodes 7, 8. The positive and negative ions generated in the space by the action of the ion generator 101 are sent from the air outlet 2b to the outside of casing 2 by this wind.
