PURPOSE: A safe administration method and an apparatus for the same are provided to safely administrate medicines or supply water without waste of resource by way of hydraulic pressure or pneumatic pressure. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for administrating medicines and/or supplying water comprises a guidance plate(2) and a limitation threshold(4) formed on inner wall of a transparent water vessel(1); a projection duct(3) at bottom side of the vessel;; a cover having a soft ball(5) with specific weight of less than 1 and a hollowed needle(7) and connected to the vessel(1); a holder(12) having a soft and transparent hose(10) and an injection needle(11) equipped to a discharge pipe(9) formed at bottom end of the vessel(1); and a rubber tube(13) to connect the holder(12) to the vessel(1). The needle(7) is enclosed by a protection pipe(14). The protection pipe is integrated by the needle(11) entered a hole of the needle(7) and the holder(12) inserted into the protection pipe.
