<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner with excellent durability and stability which does not cause an increase in contamination (fog) on a white base or decrease in the image density when the toner is repeatedly used for a copying machine, printer or the like, which does not increase the fog even when the toner is left to undergo secular change under a high temperature environment, and which does not cause scattering in the machine. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic charge image developing toner containing at least a binder resin, a coloring agent and a charge controlling agent, the coloring agent is carbon black having specific surface area of 30 to 300 m<2> /g by the BET method and the charge controlling agent is a nigrosine dye having <=1.0 wt.% Fe content.</p> |
