PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil coating applicator which is formed of a more inexpensive material without using a porous PTFE film and has oil coating application performance equivalent to that of a web formed by using the porous PTFE film and a web thereof. SOLUTION: This oil coating applicator 10 has the web 12 which comes into contact with the surface of a fixing roll 30, a supply roll 11 which delivers the web 12 and a take-up roll 14 which takes up the web 12. The web 12 is formed by mixing a silicone oil and a hardener and applying the mixture thereof to the web, thereby impregnating the web with this mixture.
