PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance, improve the productivity, and stabilize the quality by easily controlling the film thickness of the rust prevention coating at each part including a put face of a disc rotor so as to gain the suitable film thickness at each part. SOLUTION: The disc rotor of disc brake performs the braking action by pressing a pair of brake puts on the put face. In thicknesses T1 to T5 of the rust prevention coating 8 by injection nozzles N, etc., for the put faces 1, 1 formed at both faces of a disc D, a setting face 2 which is a top face of a cylinder at a setting part 6 projected in almost cylindrical shape toward a single face side of the disc D and set to an axle side, a fin part 3 formed at an outer perimeter end face of the disc D, a corner part 4 with a setting part 6 protruded toward one side face of the disc D and the put face 1, and a cylindrical outer perimeter 5 of the setting part 6, the thickness T1 of the rust prevention coating 8 for the put face 1 is minimized.
