摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which mounts an optical element at a mounting position with high precision according to the variance of the vertical surface of a board where the optical element is mounted. SOLUTION: A board 11 is transported by a transport nozzle 7 onto a heater 1 and made by a pusher 4 to abut against a stopper 3. The stopper 3 rotates around an axis parallel to the heater 1, and hence the surface of the stopper 3 which faces the pusher 4 mates the surface A of the substrate 11. A camera 5 picks up an image of the edge E of an end surface of the stopper 3. An image processor 6 finds the angle of the edge E and further finds the angleθbetween the surfaces A and B of the substrate 11 from the angle of the edge E. An arithmetic means 9 sends a value to a moving mechanism 8 according to the angleθbetween the surfaces A and B so that the optical element 12 is transported to a position corresponding to a size L. The optical element 12 transported by the transport nozzle 7 is mounted at the position corresponding to the size L according to the value sent from the arithmetic means 9 to the moving mechanism 8.
