PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust and align the center between two axes apart from each other. SOLUTION: The device is composed of a laser light source, collimator lens, concentric chart, objective lens, CCD camera and monitor TV. The center of the concentric chart is focused by the objective lens and aligned to the center between two axes while observing on the monitor TV.
