PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the moment working on a pillar member on running when a bird collides with an air brake plate. SOLUTION: Upper parts 22A, 23A of the pillar members 22, 23 of the air brake plate 21 are made pillar base parts 22a, 23a with almost definite width at the central parts in the direction of the running wind, and the front and rear of the pillar base part 22a, 23a are made front side and rear side inclined parts 22b, 22c, 23b, 23c, which are gradually narrowing in width. The inclined parts 22b, 22c, 23b, 23c are made a triangle in cross section with inclined planes inclining toward the flow direction of the running wind.
