PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liberating sheet which can be easily fitted in a mask and stably liberate, phytonchid useful to the respiratory system extending to a long period. SOLUTION: A flat housing bag (2) having slightly smaller area than the area of the mask (10) is formed of flexible and air-permeable sheets (2a and 2b). A granular highly water-absorbent polymer (3) which can absorb phytonchid- containing liquid (5) is housed in the housing bag (2) with an uniform thickness. |
