PURPOSE: A Vpp pump of a double detector structure is provided to improve reliability of the Vpp pump by using a Vintc electric potential at a normal operation and a Vint electric potential at a refresh operation. CONSTITUTION: A comparison latch portion(70) receives a refresh command(50) and an automatic precharge command(60) and selects a gate potential. A Vint electric potential output terminal(80) and a Vintc electric potential output terminal(90) are connected with one side of the comparison latch portion(70). The Vintc electric potential output terminal(80) is used as a detector at a normal state in order to form a Vpp level. The electric potential of the detector is changed to an electric potential of the Vintc electric potential output terminal(90) by the comparison latch portion(70) if a refresh command is inputted into the detector.
