MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF EVAPORATOR OF REFRIGERATOR

PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of evaporator of refrigerator is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and to improve heat efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process comprises a component manufacturing process(110) bending aluminum pipe continuously drawn into U-shape to manufacture a refrigerant pipe, forming a cooling fin inserted and joined to the refrigerant pipe by perforating, and forming a return band inserted and joined to an opening side end of the refrigerant pipe joined to the cooling fin by bending; a cooling fin joining process(120) joining a plurality of the cooling fins to a plurality of the refrigerant pipes at multi-layers; a first pipe expanding process(130) expanding the refrigerant pipes with the cooling fins joined thereto so that the refrigerant pipes are closely joined to the cooling fins; a second pipe expanding process(140) expanding the opening side ends of the refrigerant pipes for joining with the return bands; a washing process(150) washing and drying an evaporator by spraying oil remover and blowing hot air; a return band coupling process(160) inserting and coupling the return bands to the opening side ends of the refrigerant pipes of the evaporator; a return band joining process(170) joining the return bands to the refrigerant pipes by immersing the opening side of the evaporator in a zinc bath; and a drop removing process(180) removing drops of zinc formed on the return bands.
