A device for maintaining the body, for use as a pillow, comprising at least one surface (1) for supporting the head and a central clearance (2) defining two side surfaces (3a, 3b) extending the support surface. The pillow has a length (L) not less than the body measurements of an adult user from the lower ribs to the ear, thereby adjusting the pillow support surface on the body in all positions of use.
