PURPOSE: A dry type patch for whitening tooth surfaces containing no peroxide while containing polyphosphate or enzymes as a tooth whitening agent is provided. This patch exhibits an excellent tooth whitening effect by ensuring a sufficient contacting time between a stain remover and stain in a tooth because it has excellent adhesion to the tooth. CONSTITUTION: This matrix type patch comprises an adhesive layer containing one or more yeasts selected from dextranase, glucose oxidase and papain, polyphosphate each or together as a tooth whitening agent and a hydrophilic glass polymer, together with a backing layer. The polyphosphate is one or more selected from tetrasodium pyrophosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium potassium tripolyphosphate, tetrapotassium pyrophosphate, acidic sodium metapolyphosphate and acidic sodium polyphosphate.
