PURPOSE: A bias device for a transmitter of a mobile communication terminal is provided to adjust a gain of a voice reproduction output in hardware by adjusting a voltage level inputted to the transmitter using a variable resistor. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter(20) receives a voice signal of a mobile station modem(10) and reproduces the received voice signal of the mobile station modem(10). A variable resistor(300) adjusts a gain of the transmitter(20). When a voice output level reproduced through the transmitter(20) is greater or less than a certain level, a user or manager changes a resistance value of the variable resistor(300) for adjusting a current quantity inputted to the transmitter(20) and adjusting the voice output level.
